Terms & Conditions – FitNas

By purchasing any service or product, or participating in any FitNas program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

FitNas provides:

  • Workplace Wellness Services (corporate programs, weight-loss challenges, seminars, activities)
  • Digital Products (diet plans, workout programs, wellness materials)
  • Private Consultations

All services are educational and lifestyle-based. They do not replace medical advice or treatment.


2. Medical Disclosure & Participant Responsibility

All participants and customers are fully responsible for their own health condition.

  • Every participant in Workplace Wellness programs must sign a Medical Disclosure Form confirming:
    • No medical restrictions preventing participation
    • Disclosure of all allergies, conditions, and relevant health issues
  • Every purchaser of digital products must confirm:
    • They are physically and medically fit to follow the plan
    • They have disclosed all food allergies and medical conditions
    • They understand the program is followed at their own risk
  • If any participant has a medical condition, injury, or physical limitation, they must obtain physician approval before purchasing or participating.

FitNas does not verify medical conditions and relies entirely on participant declarations.


3. Health & Liability Disclaimer

All FitNas services are followed at the individual’s own risk.

FitNas shall not be held liable for:

  • Injuries, health complications, or medical conditions
  • Allergic reactions or dietary issues
  • Physical strain, fatigue, or injuries from workouts
  • Any negative outcomes resulting from participation

Participants are solely responsible for monitoring their health and stopping any activity if discomfort or risk arises.


4. Workplace Wellness Activities

Participation in all Workplace Wellness activities, including but not limited to:

  • Weight-loss challenges
  • Group activities (indoor or outdoor)
  • Physical challenges, sports, walks, or events

…is completely voluntary and at the individual’s own risk.

  • FitNas holds zero responsibility for any injuries, incidents, or health issues arising during these activities
  • Any extreme participation, overexertion, or unsafe behavior is the responsibility of the individual

5. Refund Policy

Workplace Wellness Services (Corporate Programs)
All Workplace Wellness services are non-refundable.
Once a corporate program is confirmed, no refunds, cancellations, or returns are permitted under any circumstances.

Digital Products (Diet & Workout Programs)
Customers are eligible for a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase.
After 15 days, no refunds will be issued.

Private Consultations
All private consultation services are strictly non-refundable.
Once booked and/or delivered, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.


6. No Guarantees

FitNas does not guarantee specific results including:

  • Weight loss
  • Health improvements
  • Performance outcomes

Results depend entirely on individual effort, consistency, and adherence.


7. Intellectual Property

All FitNas content (plans, PDFs, materials, systems) is protected.

Users may not:

  • Copy, share, or distribute content
  • Resell or reuse any materials
  • Share purchased products with others

8. Limitation of Liability

FitNas shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages
  • Losses resulting from participation
  • Misuse or misunderstanding of service
